INTRODUCTION

Dartmoor Square, a 132 mixed use apartment complex,  located at 2060 West Stadium Blvd. on the west side of Ann Arbor with Building A totalling 75 units and Building B placed towards the back of the site with 57 total units, measures 194,000 SF, and is 75 feet tall. The apartment complex will include approximately 5,000 sf of commercial space in the ground floor level of Building A. Dartmoor Square’s unit mix is studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The site also will include a 4,000 sf courtyard green space for the residents to use. The design intends to have restaurants on the ground floor and condo residences on the upper floors.
